AI talent management for independent creators

Stop leaving money in your inbox.

Brand deals already live in your Gmail. Seneca reads every thread, builds the pipeline, estimates the rates, and chases the invoices. Nothing sends without your sign-off.

The current state of the business

You are the talent. You are also the agency, the accountant, and the legal department.

  1. I

Real offers are buried in the noise.

A five-figure inquiry sits between a PR blast and a "we'd love to send you product" email. You find it four days later, or you don't.

  2. II

    Rates are negotiated from memory.

You quote what you charged last time and hope it was right. Similar-sized creators are charging more for the same deliverable, and no one tells you.

  3. III

    Nobody is chasing the money.

Net-30 quietly becomes net-75. The spreadsheet says "invoiced," and that is the extent of your accounts receivable process.

  4. IV

Contracts get read once, at midnight.

The exclusivity clause you skimmed in March is why you can't take the better deal in June.

A talent agency would handle all of this, once you are big enough for one. A CRM would handle it too, if you spent your evenings doing data entry. Seneca does it out of the inbox you already have.

How it works

Ninety seconds to connect. Nothing to maintain.

I

Connect Gmail

Reads your threads and drafts replies through Google's own OAuth flow. Seneca cannot send, delete, or alter anything already in your inbox. Takes about ninety seconds.

II

Seneca reads the threads

Every brand conversation, past and present, is understood and filed. Your pipeline, your deal history, and your open follow-ups appear without a single form filled in.

III

You approve. Then it sends.

Replies, counters, and invoice reminders arrive as drafts for your sign-off. Nothing leaves under your name without your explicit approval, ever.

What Seneca handles

The work a manager would do, done from your inbox.

01 · Inbox triage

Serious offers surfaced. Swag-for-mention spam filed away.

Seneca reads every inbound inquiry and separates the brands with budgets from the ones offering "exposure." You review a short list, not a haystack.

02 · Drafted replies

Every follow-up written and waiting. None of them sent without you.

Replies, counter-offers, and nudges are drafted in your tone with the deal's full history in mind. You edit, approve, or discard. Approval is the only send button.

03 · Contract review

The clause that costs you next quarter, flagged before you sign.

Seneca reads every agreement and flags exclusivity terms, payment windows, usage rights, and termination traps in plain language. You still make the call; you just make it informed.

04 · Rate check

Know when an offer is below your range.

Every proposed rate is checked against an estimate range built from your audience size, engagement, and the rates you set. It is labeled as an estimate, and you can override it. Underpricing stops being a thing that happens to you silently.

05 · Deliverable calendar

Deadlines on your calendar, conflicts caught before you commit.

Every deliverable lands on a calendar synced with Google Calendar. When a brand's deadline collides with a shoot or edit block, Seneca flags it while there is still time to renegotiate.

06 · Living media kit

A media kit that is never three months stale.

Pulled from YouTube, your newsletter, and LinkedIn, and kept current automatically. When a brand asks for numbers, you send a link, not a PDF you made last quarter.

07 · Invoice chasing

Overdue invoices, followed up on. Politely, persistently, automatically.

Seneca watches every payment window and drafts escalating reminders the day one lapses. You approve each nudge; the awkward persistence is handled for you.

Trust, stated plainly

Your brand relationships are the business. We built accordingly.

Creators are rightly protective of their inboxes and their reputations. Here is exactly how Seneca operates, without the fine print.

Gmail access: read and draft, nothing more

Seneca connects through Google's OAuth to read your threads and place drafts in your Gmail. Google bundles drafting with sending on its consent screen; Seneca never sends without your explicit click. It cannot delete, archive, or modify a single message. Disconnect at any time and access ends immediately.

Nothing sends without approval

Every outgoing message exists as a draft until you approve it. There is no "full auto" mode, and there will not be one.

Estimates labeled as estimates

Anything Seneca measures is shown as a fact; anything it estimates is labeled as an estimate, with the reasoning visible. You can override any of it. No invented market data, ever.

You can leave, completely

Export everything Seneca stores for you as a single file, disconnect Gmail at any time, or delete your account and every record with it. Stored sign-in tokens are encrypted.

Pricing

Flat price. Never a cut.

You pay the same whether you close $500 or $50,000. No commission, no surprise at the end of a good year.

Questions, answered

Frequently asked

What exactly can Seneca see in my Gmail?

Seneca connects through Google's OAuth flow with two permissions: reading messages, to identify and track brand conversations, and creating drafts, so replies appear in your Gmail for you to review. Google bundles draft creation with sending, so the consent screen mentions send; Seneca never sends without your explicit click. It cannot delete, archive, label, or modify anything in your inbox.

Can Seneca send email on its own?

No. Every reply, counter-offer, and invoice reminder is a draft until you approve it. Approval is per-message, and there is no setting that changes that.

What happens to my existing deals when I connect?

Seneca reads your thread history and reconstructs it: past deals, current negotiations, open follow-ups, and unpaid invoices all appear in the pipeline after you connect. Nothing to import, no spreadsheet to migrate.

Where do the rate estimates come from?

Today, from your own numbers: followers, engagement, and the rates you set. Anything Seneca estimates is labeled as an estimate, with the reasoning shown, and you can override it. It is a starting range, not a market quote.

Do I have to connect Gmail?

No. Connecting Gmail is what makes the pipeline build itself, but you can add deals, brands, and rates by hand and use Seneca as your system of record without connecting anything.

Who owns my data? Can I delete it?

You do. From settings you can export everything Seneca stores for your account as a single file, disconnect Google at any time, or delete your account and all of its data permanently. Stored sign-in tokens are encrypted.

I have a manager for some deals. Does Seneca still make sense?

Seneca works alongside anyone already on your team. It handles the direct inbound nobody is covering, and it acts as the system of record everyone works from. It takes no commission either way.
