For agencies

No one at your agency has to log a deal again.

Brands email your managers. Seneca reads those threads, sorts them by talent and brand, and keeps the pipeline current on its own. There is no second system to maintain.

Adoption

Adoption was never the problem. Data entry was.

Your managers work in Gmail because that is where brands email them. Seneca works there too. It builds the pipeline from the threads already in their inbox, so there is no second system to keep current and no rollout to enforce.

The record

Your agency's memory is scattered across five inboxes.

Every brand contact, every rate agreed, every reason a deal stalled is real, and it is sitting inside whichever manager sent that email. Seneca turns it into something the agency owns: one record per brand, per talent, per deal.

Oversight

The Monday meeting, already answered.

What is live, what is stalled, what is forecast to close, who is carrying too much, which brand has gone quiet. One screen, per manager and across all of them.

Setup

Two levels, and nothing for your talent to install.

  1. You invite your managers.

Each one connects their own Gmail. Seneca only ever reads the inbox of the manager who connected it.

  2. Your roster goes in as records.

Talent are records on the roster, not seats. No creator has to sign up for anything or learn a new tool.

  3. Seneca reads and sorts.

It attributes each brand thread to the right talent and brand, builds the pipeline, and drafts the replies your managers would have written.

Visibility

Who sees what, stated plainly.

Each manager sees their own desk.

Their roster, their inbox, their deals. Not their colleagues'.

The admin sees everything.

Across every manager, talent, and brand. Reassigning talent is an admin action.

One owner per talent.

Every talent belongs to exactly one manager, so attribution is never ambiguous.

Nothing sends on its own.

Seneca reads brand threads and writes drafts. A person presses send, every time.

Pricing

$499 per inbox, per month.

Includes roughly 25 talent per inbox. Flat fee. Seneca never takes a percentage of a deal and never moves money.

Questions

Frequently asked

Do our talent need accounts?

No. Talent are records on your roster. Nobody has to sign up, install anything, or connect an inbox except the managers themselves.

Can Seneca send anything on its own?

No. It reads brand threads and writes drafts. Every outgoing message waits for a person to press send. There is no setting that changes this.

Does it handle payments or commission splits?

It records commission so you can see it in reporting. It never moves money, never processes a payment, and never takes a percentage of what you close.

Which inboxes are supported?

Google today. Each manager connects their own account.

What happens to our data if we leave?

You can delete the account and everything Seneca stores for your agency. If you want a copy of your data before you go, ask and we will send it. Stored sign-in tokens are encrypted.

What does a manager see of another manager's work?

Nothing. Each manager sees only their own roster and their own inbox. Agency-wide visibility is an admin permission.
